Ask happy fence customers for reviews (and reply to them)
FencingReview repliesThe problem
Most happy customers never leave a review unless asked at the right moment.
Steps
- Get your Google review link from Google Business Profile.
- Run the prompt for a request text and a reply template.
- Send the request the day the fence is finished.
- Reply to each review within a few days.
Copy-paste prompt
Replace everything in [BRACKETS]. Works in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
Write (1) a short text asking [CUSTOMER] to review [COMPANY] after we finished their [FENCE TYPE] fence today, including this link: [REVIEW LINK], under 50 words, no incentives offered; and (2) 3 varied reply templates for positive reviews that mention the specific fence type so they don't sound copy-pasted.
